Just a brief introduction on my background. I have been involved in multiple aspects of Real Estate for over 25 years. I was a Certified Licensed Appraiser in California for 10 years and first obtained my Real Estate license in California in 1991, after I was honorably discharged from the US Navy. I currently hold a California Brokers license and also held a Managing Broker’s license in Washington state. I have worked for national online auction companies and spent 6 years buying properties at foreclosure, rehabbing and selling them to new homeowners. As you can see, I do have both breadth and depth of experience in the Real Estate industry.My philosophy is that I am not here to convince you to buy or sell anything, I am here to educate and partner with you on the biggest transaction and investment you may ever make. I am dedicated to transactional excellence for every listing and sale. What this means for you is that I oversee every detail of the real estate transaction. The transaction is far from over once an offer has been accepted. I monitor inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and loan processes.
